How the Buylist Works

How it works

1. Build your buylist online

   Search our buylist, add the cards you want to sell with their conditions, and submit.

   Don't ship anything yet — wait for our confirmation email.

2. We review every card

   Each item is approved or declined. Your confirmation email includes your Buylist ID and our shipping address.

3. Ship your approved cards

   Within 21 calendar days. Approved cards only, sorted in buylist order, with your Buylist ID included.

   Unsorted shipments or extra cards can carry a 20% processing fee.

4. Get paid

   We verify condition on arrival and issue your payout.

Condition payouts

Percentages are of the quoted payout. We follow the TCGplayer Card Conditioning Guide ↗ when assessing your cards — review it before shipping to avoid surprises.

The fine print

• Wait for confirmation

  Don't ship before you receive the confirmation email — unconfirmed shipments can't be processed as submitted.

• Declined cards

  Returned at your expense — deducted from your payout, or covered by a shipping label you provide.

• Late arrivals

  Shipments received after 21 calendar days of approval may have their payout reevaluated.

• Adjusted payouts

  If a card grades lower than submitted, you can have it returned at your expense instead of accepting the adjusted payout.
