Shipping Policy
We strongly encourage that you use the tracking option with higher value orders, in which case, ETA of the delivery will depend on the shipping company.
Please allow for up to 4 weeks (untracked bubble) before contacting us with any issues regarding non-delivery of a item; if we are able to provide video evidence of drop off of any untracked bubble, there will be no further action from our side as we cannot be responsible for any stolen mail or any actions from Canada Post which may cause a delay in delivery.
We pack all our products with extreme care to avoid any damage to the product. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged product. Please provide evidence of the damaged product or packaging. We will work with you to make it right. In the case a refund/return is instructed, please send the product back to us within 3 days of instruction. We will refund the damaged item upon receipt of the item.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns we deem to be unreasonable.
