Cards vary by pack. Booster pack packaging varies by product.
Due to the nature of the items that we sell, all sales are final (no returns or exchanges).
The only exceptions would be if we sent the wrong item, or if the condition of the product does not match with the condition stated.
We follow the following card conditioning guide very closely when grading our products (tcgplayer card conditioning guide). Please take read before any purchases to avoid any confusion, as we will refer you back to this page often.

Damages and issues
Please note that we do not consider small dents, and/or manufacturer defects on sealed products to be damage. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, as your business is important to us.
